His father, a confidant of Martin Luther King Jr., founded the organization more than 45 years ago.\u0026nbsp;The firm has worked with a diverse range of clients and organizations including corporations, nonprofits and, government agencies.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u0026ldquo;I\u0026rsquo;ll start off with a statement that is just outright true: racism in America is nothing new; it\u0026rsquo;s our original sin.
