642694 news 1610058205 1610058205 <![CDATA[Leading Edge: One-on-One Leadership Coaching ]]> In One-on-One Leadership Coaching, students are paired with a trained leadership coach to actively explore and improve their individual and team leadership skills through self-evaluation and feedback from others. They will design and conduct leadership experiments that put their new skills into action and grow their leadership capacity. The time commitment is six one-hour sessions throughout the semester. Meeting days/time are flexible and can be conducted in a virtual or in-person format. Encourage your students to foster their personal and professional leadership skills thatwill apply throughout their education and after graduation.
