  <title><![CDATA[Leading Edge: One-on-One Leadership Coaching ]]></title>
  <body><![CDATA[<p>In One-on-One Leadership Coaching, students are paired with a trained leadership coach to actively explore&nbsp;and improve their individual and team leadership skills through self-evaluation and feedback from others. They will design and conduct leadership experiments that put their new skills into action and grow their leadership capacity.&nbsp;The time commitment is six one-hour sessions throughout the semester. Meeting days/time are flexible and can be conducted in a virtual or in-person format.&nbsp;Encourage your students to&nbsp;foster&nbsp;their&nbsp;personal and professional leadership skills&nbsp;thatwill apply throughout their education and after graduation.&nbsp;</p>
