<value>
Covid-19 has blurred work-life boundaries, forced teleworking, and increased domestic labor for women in academic science careers -- exacerbating gender inequities and making them more visible. This talk draws on data from national survey conducted for the National Academies of Science on Covid-19 and academic women, and shares results and perspectives on relatively weak responses of universities. An opportunity exists to imagine and redesign academic work to prevent this inequality in careers.
