641262 event 1605197891 1605198528 <![CDATA[Building Resilience Through the Holidays]]> The holidays can be hard under normal circumstances.  This year is sure to heighten our need to activate resilience.  Many of us have experienced the loss of a loved one, loss of traditions, and a sense of loss of normalcy. Resilience is a set of skills that can help us grow in the midst of the challenges.  In this small group interactive virtual resilience “circle” we will focus on healthy ways to savor positive memories while creating new ways to celebrate and establish new traditions.  

This is one of the RESILIENCE ERG’s signature events. Space is limited to 20 participants and registration is required.
