Prior to joint the Nunn School faculty, Dr. Rubin was a Research Fellow with the Dubai Initiative at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs, Harvard University. He has served as a lecturer on the Robert and Myra Kraft Chair in Arab politics at the Crown Center for Middle East Studies, Brandeis University, a fellow at the Institute on Global Conflict and Cooperation\u0027s Public Policy and Nuclear Threats program, and held positions at the National Defense University\u0027s Near East South Asia Center for Strategic Studies and the RAND Corporation. He is the Associate Editor for the \u003Ca href=\u0022http:\/\/www.tandf.co.uk\/journals\/titles\/09546553.asp\u0022\u003EJournal of Terrorism and Political Violence\u003C\/a\u003E.
