The competitive Fellowship is a unique opportunity for high levels of responsibility and to help shape community health locally. Its ultimate aim is to prepare citizen service leaders needed for tomorrow\u0026#39;s communities.\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EIn addition to the gap year fellowship, Horseshoe Farm offers internships to undergraduate students and graduate students.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EFor more information, check out projecthsf.org.
