During the session, current Staff Council leadership will share details about the upcoming election process, the timeline, and the organization\u0026rsquo;s goals and priorities.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u0026ldquo;We are looking forward to meeting virtually with Georgia Tech staff who want to be more involved, who have great ideas to share, or who aspire to leadership outside of their day-to-day jobs,\u0026rdquo; said Byron Fitch, Staff Council chair.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EClick on the\u0026nbsp;BlueJeans link \u003Ca href=\u0022https:\/\/bluejeans.com\/561059894\u0022\u003Ehere\u003C\/a\u003E to participate in the session.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EAnd on Thursday, Oct. 1, the first-ever Staff Appreciation event will take place from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Tech Green and Tech Walkway. Attendees can enjoy free food and music, and will receive a swag bag.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EBecause of the ongoing public health crisis, protocols will be in place to help ensure the safety of staff who attend. Face coverings will be required, hand sanitizing stations will be set up on Tech Green and Tech Walkway, and social distancing will be encouraged. Registration is required. You will receive a QR code, which you can either print or have ready on your phone to enter the event.
