(Kids Interested in Discovering STEAM) Club online offerings are designed for kids in the 4th and  5th grade who are interested in discovering and learning more about science, technology, engineering, arts, and math!

This year we are excited to provide online sessions as we continue to expand our program! Additionally, you may register your student for up to two sessions each Workshop.

Saturday, October 17, 2020
11:45AM – 1:15PM & 1:30PM – 3:00PM

Hour of Code using Scratch
Grade: 4th - 5th Grade
Cost: $20

Students will learn the fundamentals of coding as we create the ultimate computer game using Scratch 3.0. Through this process, the participants will solve complex problems, collaborate with others, and have fun sharing their amazing creations with the world.
 

Fun with Chromatography
Grade: 4th - 5th Grade
Cost: $20

Students will explore the connection between science and art through color chromatography with fun hands-on activities.
 

Exploring Science of Water
Grade: 4th - 5th
Grade Cost: $20

"Water" you doing? Explore the soapy science of surfactants. Participants will learn about several unique properties of water through a series of guided hands-on experiments.
