After successfully defending her dissertation, Adebola began her job search which led to a fulltime position at Hello Tractor as a Chief Data and Analytics Officer.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u0026ldquo;The position ticks all the boxes for everything I wanted in a job- the ability to combine my interests in international development, data policy, and law,\u0026rdquo; said Adebola. \u0026ldquo;I will be helping them with creating their data strategy, data policies, and creating visualizations for business intelligence.\u0026rdquo;\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EHello Tractor\u0026nbsp;is a tractor technology company that supports fleet owners by providing monitoring devices that allows them to rent their equipment to poor farmers in Africa and Asia.
