We will discuss healthy eating behaviors such as not skipping meals, portion control, and an understanding of what healthy diets and exercise look like. We will also highlight areas on campus where vegetarian options are available. Lastly, we will discuss what unhealthy eating behaviors look like, why they can occur, and where to find resources to maintain healthy habits.
