The low-hanging fruit has all been picked,\u0022 said Margaret Kosal, Assistant Professor in the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs, about the limitations of genetic science that have prevented the success of the Pentagon\u2019s program to develop treatments for troops and civilians infected in a germ warfare attack. Kosal worked on the program between 2006 and 2007.\u0026nbsp;\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EMargaret E. Kosal is an Assistant Professor at The Sam Nunn School of International Affairs.
