White\u003C\/strong\u003E, Deputy Chief of Mission (Retd.), Embassy of the United States of America, New Delhi, India.  Mr. White, joined the Department of State as Foreign Service Officer in 1975 and retired in September 2010 as Senior Foreign Service Officer with the rank of Minister-Counselor. His last posting was as in New Delhi as Deputy Chief of Mission, where Mr. White served as Charge\u2019 d\u2019Affaires (acting Ambassador) for six months.  He was responsible for entire range of policy implementation, government relations and internal U.S. Mission management. \n\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EDr. Govind Hariharan\u003C\/strong\u003E, Chair and Professor, Department of Economics, Finance \u0026amp; Quantitative Analysis, Kennesaw State University. Dr. Govind Hariharan is currently Professor and Chair of the Department of Economics, Finance and Quant. Analysis at the Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University in Atlanta, Georgia. He is also the Associate Director of the Econometric Center. He has previously held positions at SUNY-Buffalo and West Virginia University. Dr. Govind Hariharan has consulted for numerous organizations, public and private, such as the World Bank, Council for Quality Growth and M\u0026amp;T Bank.\n\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EMr. Ani Agnihotri\u003C\/strong\u003E, Founder and Managing Partner, US INDIA Business and Research Center (USIBRC) and Program Chair, USA India Business Summit (UIBS). Dr. McIntyre received his graduate education at McGill, Strasbourg and Northeastern Universities, obtaining his PhD at the University of Georgia.
