Students can download the required forms at health.gatech.edu and take them to their healthcare provider for their history, then submit them on the Patient Portal where they will be reviewed by staff.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003ESome families may prefer to take care of this with their insurance and providers so they are covered. For students who are getting insurance through Georgia Tech, there is coverage for testing and immunizations in our Student Health Insurance Plan.
