Voters will cast their ballots in primary elections for the president, congressional and state legislators, local officials, and Georgia Supreme Court justices, and will get to weigh in on party-specific questions and local measures.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EThose who voted in the presidential primary before it was pushed back due to Covid-19 will still be able to vote in all of the other races on Tuesday.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003ERegistered Georgia voters should visit \u003Ca href=\u0022https:\/\/www.mvp.sos.ga.gov\/MVP\/mvp.do\u0022\u003Emvp.sos.ga.gov\u003C\/a\u003E to check their voter registration and absentee ballot status (if requested), learn where their polling place is, and view sample ballots. Georgia has an \u003Ca href=\u0022https:\/\/www.fairvote.org\/open_and_closed_primaries\u0022\u003Eopen primary\u003C\/a\u003E, meaning voters can request a Democratic, Republican, or nonpartisan ballot without formally affiliating themselves with a party beforehand. Those who select a nonpartisan ballot can only vote in the nonpartisan general election.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EMany voters have requested mail-in ballots to avoid in-person contact at polling places.
