I want to thank each of those people for making time to talk with me and share your concerns. One of the most prevalent concerns was a lack of transparency. In an effort to offer more clarity and insight into our work to improve the processes and environments that impact our students, I am going to post a weekly update on our website.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\n\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EBelow are some of the things we are working on with dates for estimated time of delivery:\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EJune 2020\u003C\/strong\u003E: Contracting extra help to close all current and overdue workorders\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EJuly 2020\u003C\/strong\u003E: Conducting a complete Housing Master Plan\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003ESeptember 2020\u003C\/strong\u003E: Conducting a comprehensive renovation plan for East Campus Housing\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EFall 2020\u003C\/strong\u003E: Implementing a student facing interface for housing maintenance work requests\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EI will continue to give weekly updates on these and other initiatives with more details.
