Returning students who applied by the deadline will receive an email in early March with roommate search information, and in late March they will be emailed their room selection number and timeslot to self-assign their room. Encourage your student to watch their Georgia Tech email and take advantage of these opportunities. 

It’s time to begin thinking about and preparing for the end of spring semester. Please refer to the following dates before making travel plans:

• If your student is not living on campus this summer, they will need to be prepared to move out by noon on Friday, May 1. 
• Students who are switching to a summer room will do so on Sunday, May 3. 
• Graduating students should plan to move out by noon on Sunday, May 3.
