  <title><![CDATA[Parking and Transportation ]]></title>
  <body><![CDATA[<p><strong>Trade Food for Parking Fines</strong>&nbsp;</p>

<p>Georgia Tech Parking and Transportation is hosting Food for Fines, a food drive to pay off parking citations.&nbsp;&nbsp;Students can bring items to the PTS office on Monday, March 23, or Tuesday, March 24, in exchange for payment of one citation up to $55 dollars. All donations will benefit&nbsp;<a href="https://studentlife.gatech.edu/content/star-services" target="_blank">Klemis Kitchen</a>, a campus food pantry for students with dietary needs and financial concerns that limit their access to proper nourishment.</p>

<p>Canned or boxed goods can be redeemed for citations in the following amounts:</p>

<p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;5 items = up to $20</p>

<p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;10 items = $21-30</p>

<p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;20 items = $31-55</p>

<p>Canned items must be at least 14 ounces; boxed food must be at least 16 ounces. Preferred items include cereal bars / protein bars, canned protein (tuna, chicken, etc.), pasta and pasta sauce, individually wrapped snacks, canned soups, and canned vegetables.&nbsp;Bottled water and juices/juice boxes are accepted.</p>
