Lavender Graduation

Each April, all members of the Georgia Tech community are invited to honor our lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, asexual, and ally graduates at the LGBTQIA Resource Center’s annual Lavender Graduation. This event is a special and memorable ceremony that honors our LGBTQIA graduates and where Lavender Awards are given to individuals, departments, and organizations that have made Georgia Tech a safer and more inclusive environment for LGBTQIA students, faculty, staff, and alumni. Lavender Graduation is a time to build community and celebrate the accomplishments over the past year. Families of Lavender Graduates are welcome to attend Lavender Graduation, which will take place on April 15 in the Wardlaw Center’s Gordy Room. Visit https://lgbtqia.gatech.edu/lavender-graduation for more details.
