The meeting was organized by the Pacific Forum and hosted by the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS) in Singapore.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EKosal spoke to how certain emerging technologies, in particular artificial intelligence, can affect nuclear governance.
