{"630734":{"#nid":"630734","#data":{"type":"event","title":"East Campus Compost Program Launch Info Session","body":[{"value":"\u003Cp\u003EThis Spring GT Housing\u0026#39;s Compost Program expands to east campus, recovering food waste and other compostable materials like napkins and pizza boxes.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003ECompost collection bins are located at the dumpster pads at three locations: Cloudman, Howell, and Hopkins. Every east campus resident has access to these compost bins in order to compost! Common areas such as kitchens will also have composting buckets available.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EWe recognize the negative environmental impacts associated with waste and are making a conscious effort to reduce them. We are working with CompostNow to take food waste and other organic compostables to a local site where they naturally break down into nutrient-rich soil.
