{"629527":{"#nid":"629527","#data":{"type":"event","title":"Combustion Aerosols: A Complex Story of Health and Climate Impacts","body":[{"value":"\u003Ch4\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EThe School of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences Presents Dr. Rawad Saleh, University of Gerogia\u003C\/strong\u003E\u003C\/h4\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003ECombustion Aerosols: A Complex Story of Health and Climate Impacts\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EVehicles, power plants, agricultural burning, and forest fires are examples of combustion sources whose particulate (or aerosol) emissions have profound yet poorly characterized effects on public health and climate.\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EIn this seminar, I will start with a brief overview of the state of knowledge of combustion aerosols, including black carbon and brown carbon, and highlight some of the science gaps.
