Organizations are looking for students who have the ability to collaborate across boundaries, conceptualize new solutions, and motivate diverse teams. Level up your leadership skills by applying to Leading Edge (One-on-One Leadership Coaching) for the 2020 Spring Semester. Participants work with a leadership development coach to intentionally explore and improve their leadership skills. As a participant, you will identify a challenge where you can practice a set of leadership behaviors. For students interested in learning more about Leading Edge | One-on-One Leadership Coaching,  the office of Leadership Education and Development will be hosting a dinner for prospective students to meet current participants and coaches on Monday, November 4th at 6pm in Ferst Center for the Arts. Students currently in the Leading Edge program will be sharing their stories about their leadership development and how their coaches have helped them in reaching their goals! Attendees will also participate in a leadership development exercise.
