This years summit focused on Cities and Health and the Georgia Tech Center for Health and Humanitarian Systems was there to support and share the experience with their affiliated faculty and students to expand their knowledge on the topics discussed and network in the field.

In this 8th edition, the Atlanta Global Health Summit explored the theme of urban environments and health. Panels and fireside chats touched upon global heath concerns that affect cities and ways to manage these issues: HIV/AIDS, non-communicable and infectious diseases and digital health.
