The Council comprises 20 members who proportionally represent five classifications of employees as specified by Tech\u0026rsquo;s Job Classification and Compensation System (JCCS). Staff Council is now accepting nominations for new members and for committee membership.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EDuring this election cycle, the following seats are available: Administrative and Professional (2 seats); Skilled Trades (3 seats); Scientific and Research (1 seat); Information Technology (1 seat); and Development (1 seat). Elected Council members serve three-year terms.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EFull- and part-time staff members may participate. The deadline for nominations and committee applications is Friday, Oct. 11.
