<p><strong>Abstract:</strong></p>

<p>The objective of the proposed research is model, design, and demonstrate high-performance, ultra-thin antenna-integrated 3D glass-based millimeter-wave (mm-wave) modules. The primary focus of this research is to enable such 5G system packages with package electrical designs, ultra-thin package process development, and the integration of antennas and ICs with low-loss high-density in-package interconnects.</p>
