Bras has convened a search committee\u0026nbsp;tasked with selecting the new dean\u0026nbsp;for the Georgia Tech Library, filling a vacancy left by Dean Catherine Murray-Rust. The search will be supported by a external search firm and chaired by\u0026nbsp;Jason Freeman, professor and chair in the School of Music.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EAnnounced in February, Murray-Rust will step down in summer 2020 and will focus on successful completion of the Library Next project, library resource development, and fundraising.
