We hope your student is having a great start to the fall semester! While we know you miss them and they miss you, we hope your student is feeling right at home with us. If your new or returning Georgia Tech student is not living on campus this fall and is interested in living in student housing for Spring 2020, they can apply online in October. Residents who are on campus this fall already have an academic year housing contract which includes both fall and spring semesters, and no action is required for spring housing.

Current residents are not required to move out of their residence hall during the semester break in December. However, note the following dates before making travel arrangements:

· Friday, December 13, by noon: Move out for all students not residing on campus Spring 2020

· Sunday, December 15, by noon: Move out for graduating students

· Sunday, December 15, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.: Room switch

If your student resides with us now or will in the future, we hope that the experience in our housing is positive and promotes academic success. We are available to help you and/or your student by phone 404-894-2470, in person Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., or by email information@housing.gatech.edu.
