New Student Refund Process Requires Action

The Georgia Tech Bursar's Office is now processing all student refunds using electronic funds transfer (EFT) also known as direct deposit for student refunds. Students can register for EFT on Oscar; once your account information is verified, your disbursements will be processed directly into your checking or savings account. Your bank must be a U.S. bank.

Deposits via EFT are made directly to your bank account and will include refunds due to overpayment of your student account resulting from financial aid, scholarships, fellowships, loans or stipend payments from your sponsor. An EFT deposit is the fastest way for you to receive a refund.

For more information, visit http://www.bursar.gatech.edu/content/direct-deposit
