622626 news 1561036812 1561055458 <![CDATA[Reminder: Required Training for Workday]]> Workday Financials goes live July 1. Employees with Accountant, PCard Holder, or PCard Cost Center Manager roles in Georgia Tech's new Workday financial system are required to take training in preparation of the July 1 launch. Employees with these role designations will not be provisioned access into Workday until after they complete the required training. Click here to view required and recommended training by role.

Important deadlines include:

Thursday, June 27 – Last day employees with an Accountant Role can take the required instructor-led training. As a reminder, a passing score on the FDM web-based training is a required prerequisite.

Friday June 28 – Last day (through 5 pm ET) employees can take the required PCard web-based training to ensure access to Workday on July 1.
