Encourage your student to monitor their email for notifications and updates. New first-year students may move in on Thursday and Friday, August 15-16, 2019 and all other residents move in Saturday and Sunday, August 17-18, 2019.\u0026nbsp;\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\nWhen students are packing, they should use our\u0026nbsp;\u003Cem\u003E\u003Ca href=\u0022https:\/\/housing.gatech.edu\/move-in-items-to-bring\u0022 target=\u0022_blank\u0022\u003EItems to Bring\u003C\/a\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/em\u003Epage for suggestions. We encourage parents to check out these suggestions as well. It is best if all room changes are completed online prior to checking out the room key in August.
