During the recent Student Honors Celebration and the student sponsored Up With the White and Gold Awards Ceremony, students from across the Ivan Allen College of Liberal Arts recieved awards for their academic achievements in addition to their commuity service, on and off campus.

Here is a rundown of the Ivan Allen College student awardees from these two distinguished ceremonies.

Georgia Tech Student Honors Celebration

The Student Honors Celebration, hosted by the Office of Special Events, took place on Tuesday, April 16. The event is held annually for students and their families, and honors students who have received Institute or college-specific awards throughout the academic year.

Up With the White and Gold Awards

Nearly 100 people and groups were honored at the annual Up With the White and Gold awards ceremony on Monday, April 25. Co-hosted by the Division of Student Life and Presidents Council Governing Board, this ceremony honors the achievements, hard work, and dedication of student leaders and student organizations. 

These awards are designed to encourage student organizations to attend events that are beneficial in the areas of organizational enrichment, teambuilding, networking, service, and collaboration.
