At the end of 2019, the Institute will transition to a new platform,\u0026nbsp;OneUSG Connect, as our Human Capital Management (HCM) system.\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\u003C\/div\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cdiv\u003E\r\n\u003Cp\u003EOneUSG Connect\u0026nbsp;is part of a larger initiative launched by the University System of Georgia (USG) in support of the Chancellor\u0026rsquo;s strategic imperative of accountability, efficiency, and innovation.\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\u003C\/div\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cdiv\u003E\r\n\u003Cp\u003EGeorgia Tech has assembled a cross-functional team to plan and implement this transformation.
