The program was designed to ensure that the\u0026nbsp;next generation of leaders\u0026nbsp;can effectively serve as bridges between China and the rest of the world. We aim to achieve this by (1) recruiting promising young leaders; (2) educating them about China\u0026rsquo;s global role via a one-year Master\u0026rsquo;s in Global Affairs; and (3) linking them to senior mentors in their field in China and to their peers among China\u0026rsquo;s rising young leaders.
