Do you have difficulty making presenttions or doing things in front of others? If you do, ask about the Building Social Confidence group, which meets on Tuesdays from 1:00 - 2:30 PM. This group will help students learn about the causes of social anxiety and will teach skills to combat anxious thoughts and feeling and increase positive social interactions.
