Over the past 20 years,\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\nhe has founded and scaled multiple businesses spanning a variety of unique\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\nindustries including financial services, payments, sports and entertainment, as well\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\nas automotive. Rackley\u0026rsquo;s technology has been implemented by thousands of\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\npartners and used by millions of consumers nationwide.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\nWith an initial focus on financial services, Rackley founded nFront, Inc., the pioneer\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\nof Internet banking. nFront provided consumer and business banking for thousands\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\nof financial institutions nationwide. Rackley took nFront public in June of 1999. The\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\ncompany later merged with Digital Insight in 2000, creating over $800 million in\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\nvalue for nFront\u0026rsquo;s shareholders. Ultimately, the company was sold to Intuit in 2007\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\nfor $1.35 billion and then to NCR in 2014 for $1.65 billion.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\nIn 2005, Rackley again pushed the boundaries of financial services, technology and\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\ninnovation by founding Firethorn, the first mobile payments company. Firethorn\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\nstruck up partnerships with the two largest carriers, AT\u0026amp;T and Verizon Wireless, to\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\ndeliver mobile payments to the consumer market. Firethorn was sold to chip giant\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\nQualcomm in November of 2007 for $210 million.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\nRackley\u0026rsquo;s third company, Experience, founded in 2011, is an award-winning mobile\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\ntechnology company that empowers fans to personalize their live event experience.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\nExperience was selected as the winner of the Sports Business Award in 2014 for Best\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\nin Sports Technology and in 2016 for Best in Mobile Fan Experience. The company\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\nwas acquired by Cox Enterprises in 2014.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\nRackley also founded Clutch Technologies, a software platform that enables vehicle\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\nsubscription for the automotive industry. Today, Clutch is powering subscription\u003Cbr \/\u003E\r\naccess for dealer groups and OEMs across the country.
