  <title><![CDATA[U.S. Olympic Committee FLAME Program]]></title>
  <body><![CDATA[<p>FLAME (Finding Leaders Among Minorities Everywhere) works to expose undergraduate and graduate students of color to the Olympic and Paralympic movement while preparing them for careers in the sport industry.&nbsp;The program offers students an eight-day interactive curriculum with the opportunity to ignite their professional development, spark new aspirations and catalyze their careers while hearing from dynamic speakers, including Olympians, Paralympians, and other industry leaders.</p>

<p>The 2019 FLAME Program will take place at the Colorado Springs Olympic Training Center from May 27--June 3, 2019. The application will be live in early December.
