612898 news 1539796418 1539796418 <![CDATA[Apply to Address Campus during MLK Student Celebration]]> The MLK Student Board is accepting applications for student speakers to participate in the 9th annual MLK Student Celebration.

In addition to student speakers, this event will include cultural performances and a candle lighting ceremony for student organizations to honor Dr. King. It is truly an honor and privilege to be selected, and speakers will receive a monetary gift as gratitude for participation.

Organizers are looking for energetic speakers that embody this year's theme of  "Bending the Arc Towards Justice". The Student Celebration will be Tuesday, January 15, 2019 and the deadline to apply is November 11, 2018. Apply here.
