Until then, employees have the opportunity to set recurring donations through payroll deductions, or make one-time gifts, to organizations of their choice.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u0026ldquo;Even small donations can make a difference to the one child that receives a book, or the one person in need who receives a meal,\u0026rdquo; said Bill Todd, professor of the practice in the Scheller College of Business and this year\u0026rsquo;s campaign chair.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EEmployees can give to one or multiple organizations, from which there are \u003Ca href=\u0022http:\/\/gasccp.org\/search-charities\/\u0022\u003Emore than 1,000\u003C\/a\u003E to choose. This year, Georgia Tech has set a goal of 1,500 participants and $390,000.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EGiving options are outlined below.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003ETo give via TechWorks:\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E1. Select \u0026ldquo;Charitable Campaign.\u0026rdquo;\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E3. Review your pledges from last year, update your contributions, and\/or add new pledges.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E4. Choose one of these ways to donate:\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cul\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003EPayroll deduction (which begins in January 2019).\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003ECredit\/debit card (American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard are accepted; make a one-time donation by selecting the \u0026ldquo;Electronic Pledge Payment\u0026rdquo; option).\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003EWebCheck (make a one-time donation by selecting the \u0026ldquo;Electronic Pledge Payment\u0026rdquo; option).\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\u003C\/ul\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E5. Confirm your pledge by clicking \u0026ldquo;Submit Pledge.\u0026rdquo;\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EEmployees can also submit a paper pledge form, downloadable at charitable.gatech.edu. Submit the completed form, along with a check, money order, or cash, to your unit ambassador or to Bill Todd (campus mail code 0520, Scheller College of Business).
