Those roles and skills focus on the \u0026ldquo;uniquely human\u0026rdquo; rather than the purely technical. According to a 2018 Global Human Capital Trends Report (Deloitte Insights), survey respondents predict tremendous future demand for skills such as complex problem-solving (63 percent), cognitive abilities (55 percent), and social skills (52 percent). They will design and conduct leadership experiments that put your new skills into action and grow their leadership capacity. The time commitment is six one-hour sessions throughout the semester. Students will complete the program by applying their knowledge and skills through a project based experiential learning course.
