Nearly one third of these companies are members of the College\u0026rsquo;s corporate affiliates program (CAP).\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EThe College\u0026rsquo;s CAP connects GT Computing undergraduate and graduate students with corporate partners in a variety of industries. These companies rely on highly skilled computer science and computational media talent to meet their business needs.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EWith 62 partners currently enrolled in the program, CAP is paying off for GT Computing students. In fact, 147 of the xxx recent graduates completing a career survey reported employment with CAP partners.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EAccording to GT Computing Director of Development \u003Cstrong\u003EBrad Hastings\u003C\/strong\u003E, this is exactly how CAP is supposed to work.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u0026ldquo;It\u0026rsquo;s a true win-win situation. Our corporate partners get to expand their recruiting pipelines through increased access to our students and young alumni.\u0026rdquo;\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u0026ldquo;Along with being well-positioned for internships and career opportunities with our partners, our students benefit because the program connects them with their peers in industry to better understand the real world issues and challenges they can expect to face once they graduate,\u0026rdquo; Hastings said.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EThe top CAP partners hiring GT Computing graduates for the last two years are:\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cul\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003EMicrosoft\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003EGoogle\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003EThe Home Depot\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003ECapital One\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003ESalesforce\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003ENCR\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\u003C\/ul\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EAlong with corporate giants, CAP is appealing to up and coming companies as well.
