<p>Taught in English using a variety of materials (films, dramas,&nbsp;novels, comics) for students wanting to gain an understanding of how South&nbsp;Korea conducts business, science, education and recreates its past and present to export Korean&nbsp;culture, k-pop, and&nbsp;soft power.</p>

<p>Taught in English, the course surveys the vastly different societal&nbsp;developments&nbsp;of the two Koreas over&nbsp;70 years and the past, present and future&nbsp;roles of the United States, China and Japan&nbsp;in the region.</p>
