He started working at General Motors in the Autonomous Vehicles group in June last year, where he started out developing RADAR and camera drivers for the vehicles built for Cruise Automation, an autonomous ridesharing startup in San Francisco. He spent three months there, after which he went back to Michigan and worked on computer vision software for retail autonomous vehicles.
