In this talk, I will review the motivation for interest in graphene as a nanoelectronic material and discuss potential applications of graphene in transistors, interconnects, and sensors. Various methods of producing graphene will be discussed along with recent progress in making large-area sheets. \u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003E\n\n \nBiography:\u003C\/strong\u003E \u003Cbr \/\u003E      \nDr. Raghu Murali is a Senior Research Engineer in the Nanotechnology Research Center. His group is mainly focused on the use of graphene for nanoelectronic applications. He has over 40 peer-reviewed publications and his work has been featured in the press.
