You may review year one proposals \u003Ca href=\u0022https:\/\/livingbuilding.gatech.edu\/learning-programs\u0022 rel=\u0022noopener noreferrer\u0022 target=\u0022_blank\u0022\u003Ehere\u003C\/a\u003E.\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EThe maximum funding per project is $10,000.\u0026nbsp;Successful pilot projects will promote Institute goals and priorities connected to sustainability through design, construction, outreach, educational, and research opportunities, as well as elevate new goals and priorities through collective learning and knowledge development.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003ESuccessful projects should connect to areas such as:\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cul\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003EDashboards\/sensors\/monitoring \u0026ndash; especially water\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003EEvaluation of living buildings and construction processes\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003EEquity\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003EPolicy\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003EEnergy conservation\/power, plug load management\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003EPost-occupancy behavior\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003ENarrative construction\/storytelling\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003EPerformance landscape\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003ESustainable food and food waste\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\u003C\/ul\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EProposals can pertain to a research area or topic of interest to a school, center, lab, or faculty member.\u0026nbsp;Pilot projects will be chosen by October 15, with funding available immediately. The pilot project must be completed by June 30, 2019.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003ELearn more about The Kendeda Building and the proposal requirements at an information session on Thursday, October 4 from 11 a.m. \u0026ndash; noon at the College of Design Auditorium.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EProposals are due on Friday, October 12.
