{"611331":{"#nid":"611331","#data":{"type":"event","title":"Woodrow Wilson Teaching Fellowship first deadline ","body":[{"value":"\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003ERemaining deadlines: Oct. 16, 2018 | Nov. 30, 2018 | January 31, 2019\u003C\/strong\u003E\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EThe Woodrow Wilson Teaching Fellowship seeks to attract talented, committed individuals with backgrounds in the STEM fields\u0026mdash;science, technology, engineering, and mathematics\u0026mdash;into teaching in high-need secondary schools in\u0026nbsp;\u003Ca href=\u0022https:\/\/woodrow.org\/fellowships\/ww-teaching-fellowships\/georgia\/\u0022\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EGeorgia\u003C\/strong\u003E\u003C\/a\u003E\u0026nbsp;and\u0026nbsp;\u003Ca href=\u0022https:\/\/woodrow.org\/fellowships\/ww-teaching-fellowships\/pennsylvania\/\u0022\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EPennsylvania\u003C\/strong\u003E\u003C\/a\u003E.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EThe Fellowship has also prepared over a thousand teachers in Indiana, Michigan, New Jersey, and Ohio.\u0026nbsp;Eligible applicants include current undergraduates, recent college graduates, midcareer professionals, and retirees who have majored in, or have extensively studied, one or more of the STEM fields.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EThe Teaching Fellowship includes:\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cul\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003Eadmission to a master\u0026#39;s degree program at a\u0026nbsp;\u003Ca href=\u0022https:\/\/woodrow.org\/fellowships\/ww-teaching-fellowships\/info\/ww-teaching-fellowship-partners\u0022 target=\u0022_blank\u0022\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003Epartner university\u003C\/strong\u003E\u003C\/a\u003E\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003Epreparation for teacher certification in science, mathematics or technology education\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003Eextensive preparation for teaching in a high-need urban or rural secondary school for one full year prior to becoming the teacher-of-record in a science or math classroom\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003Egenerous financial stipend, with tuition arrangements varying by campus in Georgia and Pennsylvania.
