Recently the U.S. Department of Homeland Security rolled out the \u201cSee Something, Say Something\u201d program that solicits the help of citizens in the fight against terrorism.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cp\u003E\nPlease report any suspicious behavior on campus to the GTPD at 404-894-2500.  The obvious question is, \u201cWhat is suspicious activity\u201d in a campus setting?  Basically, if something doesn\u2019t look right, give us a call.  Other indicators to look for include:\n\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cul\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003EOut of the normal activity\u003C\/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003EPeople out of place, or who don\u2019t belong in a particular location or setting\u003C\/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003EPeople showing an interest in security and access points to facilities\u003C\/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003EVehicles abandoned, illegally parked, or generally just out of place\u003C\/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003ESomeone listening into your sensitive conversation\u003C\/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003EParking or loitering in the same area over a period of days without a valid reason\u003C\/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003ESomeone with special magnification lenses or night vision devices for cameras or video cameras\u003C\/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003ESomeone with photos, maps, sketches, or blueprints of public buildings, power plants or other potential targets\u003C\/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003EComputer access to information about sensitive sites\u003C\/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003ELiterature that promotes jihad, racist activities, terrorist\/extremist agendas, or extremist religious beliefs\u003C\/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003EBomb-making, military, or law enforcement manuals\u003C\/li\u003E\n\u003C\/ul\u003E\n\n\u003Cp\u003E\nWhat else can you do?\n\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cul\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003EWatch \u003Ca href=\u0022http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/ReadyGAfromGEMA#p\/a\/u\/0\/p7xsSJODW0s\u0022\u003E\u201cGet Ready Georgia \u2013 If You See Something, Say Something\u201d\u003C\/a\u003E on YouTube:  \u003C\/li\u003E\n\u003Cli\u003ESign up for the free \u201cSee Something, Say Something\u201d class on \u003Ca href=\u0022http:\/\/www.trainsweb.gatech.edu\u0022 title=\u0022www.trainsweb.gatech.edu\u0022\u003Ewww.trainsweb.gatech.edu\u003C\/a\u003E.
