She provided additional support outside of her areas as well as leadership and flexibility supporting several projects that would improve Employee Relations operations.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u0026ldquo;We really appreciate Adrienne,\u0026rdquo; said Julie Joyce, Senior Director for HRBP \u0026amp; Employee Relations.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E[When working on a project] she is all about getting it done and getting it done right or getting it done better. She finds solutions. I couldn\u0026rsquo;t be more thankful to have her on the team.\u0026rdquo;\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EAdrienne showed her leadership skills when she created a manager toolkit for addressing employee relations issues.
