Students will also watch oral arguments first-hand in the Court of Appeals of Georgia, one of the busiest intermediate appellate courts in the country, as well as this state\u0026rsquo;s highest court, the Supreme Court of Georgia.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EThe majority of positions are available in the main Appellate Division office, located in the heart of downtown Atlanta in the State Bar of Georgia Headquarters, just minutes from CNN Center and Centennial Olympic Park. Limited positions are also available in the Division\u0026rsquo;s satellite offices, including the following judicial circuits: Macon, Ogeechee (Statesboro), South Georgia (Bainbridge), Southwestern (Americus), and the Metro Conflict Defender\u0026rsquo;s Office (Decatur).\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EThe Appellate Division is recruiting at all levels (1Ls to 3Ls, graduates, experienced professionals who want to try something new) and accepts applicants with a wide variety of educational and professional backgrounds.
