The enabling technologies build on a three-tier architecture: uncertainty representation, uncertainty propagation, and uncertainty management. These steps are addressed via a thorough analysis of prognosis methods, an uncertainty tree, sensitive analysis, inner-outer \/ hyper-parameter feedback loops for uncertainty management.
