Franklin Roads believes that a program that includes grading, planning, management, and communication\u0026mdash;is the best training for an aspiring teacher. For many new teachers, starting with a full course load and planning load can be overwhelming. The immense amount of time planning and grading can crowd out time to reflect and learn.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EThe fellows program is designed to give one year of training and guided teaching experience to aspiring independent school educators. This experience will provide a unique opportunity to learn from dedicated, experienced teachers while having time each day leading classes and co-curricular activities. The program is built on a partnership with a master teacher, one who hosts the fellow in his or her classroom and provides regular feedback and coaching on the two classes that fellows teach.
